`pnpm connections:readiness` audits the retained pipeline, calibration, and publication artifacts without treating fixture proof as real-world completion evidence. An optional `--external=path/to/evidence.json` input supplies live capture receipts, attributable human decisions, observed outcomes and costs, and a commercial signal.
The audit passes technical controls only when routine candidate routing is 80–90% no-LLM, all routine stages are deterministic, detector calibration is green without LLM calls, and publication remains operator-locked. External requirements reject values containing `fixture`, `demo`, `test`, `placeholder`, or `sample`, replay-only captures, and assumed costs.
Missing proof becomes an explicit unassigned task with an owner role and acceptance evidence. The generated artifact is `artifacts/product-discovery/cultural-intelligence-readiness-latest.json`. It is an evidence intake and work queue, not permission to publish or evidence that novelty, rights, institutional usefulness, or commercial value has already been established.
