Status: feed live in evaluation mode; zero records are currently licensable.
`GET /api/cultural-intelligence` lists the synchronized cultural-intelligence
records and reports separate `licensableItems` and `evaluationItems` counts.
`GET /api/cultural-intelligence/{slug}` returns one complete record.
Each record preserves:
- a monotonically increasing revision number and ordered timestamps;
- workflow provenance and the citation IDs used to produce it;
- append-only editorial review history;
- open and resolved correction records;
- the public story, dossier, claim/citation graph, entities, and measurement gate;
- editorial and independent licensing-review state; and
- the source/media rights boundary separately from Meta Museum terms.
A record remains `evaluation-only` until qualified human editorial approval and
a separate licensing review name a reviewer, UTC date, and explicit terms. Any
open correction makes the record ineligible. Source-record and image rights are
never absorbed into a Meta Museum narrative or relationship license.
The current Flowers record intentionally reports the two missing approvals and
therefore cannot be presented or sold as licensed data. A feed response is not a
license grant; customers need the approved record terms and any necessary rights
from the underlying institutions.
