Status: two complete drafts await project-operator review; no publication action
has occurred.
The draft contracts live in `src/services/connection-drafts.ts` and are kept out
of `curatedConnectionJourneys`, `/connections/{slug}`, and the cultural-
intelligence feed until an accountable operator approves their exact revision.

Operator checklist
For each draft, the project operator must inspect the cited APIs and affirm:
licensing claim appears.

- [ ] Fact and inference labels are accurate and visible.
- [ ] The rights boundary remains attached to the story and source links.
- [ ] No sensitive claim or unsupported novelty, causation, equivalence, or

- [ ] The operator is approving exactly lifecycle revision `1`.
An approval record requires a private mapping to one genuine human operator and
stores only a non-synthetic opaque `OP-...` code, UTC timestamp, revision, notes,
and completed checklist in the repository. Agents cannot create the identity,
affirm the checklist, or move drafts into the public collection without the
operator's explicit decision.
External review is optional for these bounded experimental claims and remains
mandatory before expert-validation, novelty, sensitive, externally cleared
rights, or commercial licensing claims are added.
