Current decision
Status: pending genuine human operator approval.
The exact candidate is
`value-release-candidate-v1.json`(../../artifacts/product-discovery/value-release-candidate-v1.json).
It binds the Rosenberg report, evidence dossier, study, engagement controls,
supporter offer, sponsor offer, pilot offer, and pre-release production probe to
their SHA-256 digests. Any change to a bound file creates a different candidate
and requires a new decision.
What approval means
The operator may approve the exact candidate as a bounded public experiment.
Approval does not authorize a scholarly-novelty claim, expert-validation claim,
legal conclusion, image-rights expansion, stakeholder email, paid transaction,
or claim that traffic, comprehension, inquiries, or revenue already exist.
The public report remains an `under-review` research lead and stays no-index.
The study remains voluntary, pseudonymous, client-local, and unscored by the
software. The revenue offers remain transparent and cannot imply an audience
size or institutional endorsement that has not been observed.
Operator decision required
A genuine operator should inspect the candidate checklist and then provide:
`OP-RELEASE-01`;
`metamuseum-value-release-v1` for production deployment”;
- an opaque, privately attributable code beginning `OP-`, for example
- an explicit statement: “I approve the exact candidate
- confirmation that all eight checklist statements are true;
- approval or correction of the exact supporter, sponsor, and pilot offers;
- UTC decision time and any conditions.
An AI agent cannot invent the operator identity, mark the checklist complete,
or treat silence as approval. After approval, the release workflow must bind the
decision to the commit containing the same file hashes, deploy without force,
run every post-release proof, and roll back on failure.
Evidence after release
The first valid observation window begins only after all candidate routes return
200 on the canonical host and analytics delivery is verified. Internal, agent,
test, and operator traffic must be excluded. Reports must distinguish route
availability, eligible sessions, comprehension, engagement, inquiries,
contracts, invoices, payments, and accepted delivery rather than collapsing
them into “interest” or “revenue.”
